Steve is a genuine and honest contractor. He became part of the family as we built our house for two years. He is still accessible if anything that comes up. His office was always responsive to all our questions. My wife is an interior designer and he worked well with her and her wishes. He was very fair through out the process. Steve Cury Construction is a premier luxury homebuilder in Palm Beach County and did an excellent job building my dream home in the SoSo neighborhood of WPB. This was a complex and unique project which involved an existing home that started as an addition and morphed into a full rebuild of the property. Steve's flexibility and communication was paramount to this project's success. He acted as a good advisor about where to spend more and where to save based on what yielded the best ROI. I really appreciated him allowing me to be involved with certain subs where I had good recommendations. His team is also wonderful particularly Natalie who managed the site on a day-to-day basis. If you are looking for high-end construction with decades of local knowledge, Steve is your guy.
I recently completed a 3 bathroom remodel project in my home which I hired Steve to do. He met all of his commitments from beginning to end without any surprises. He was always attentive and understanding of all issues on my end and he often was physically on site checking to see that his subs were doing the job to his expectations. BTW, his subs were polite, hardworking, and never left until all was cleaned up, which I so appreciated. I was super happy with the results and I would not hesitate for one second to recommend Steve Cury Construction.
Steve Cury and his team did an extraordinary job managing our complex condo gut renovation. The project began during Covid and had to comply with building work rules which limited construction to the summer months. As a result, the project spanned two summers, but Steve and team were able to split the work into two stages, allowing us to enjoy the apartment during the intervening winter. With the installation of custom molding throughout and special touches including a fireplace, the work was extensive, the the end result is spectacular.
