Starcom Design/Build

Overall, I was very pleased with my experience with Starcom. The end result was more beautiful than I could imagine, especially from blueprints and CAD drawings. The design team clearly used their expertise in bringing to life my vision for the completed project. Major kudos to Carly, Giselle, Franklin and his crew, and to Sergio for their attention to detail and professionalism. They were instrumental in helping me keep my sanity throughout the project and empathetic to my issues and concerns. Even though the project took longer than expected, I am positively pleased.

The after sales support is exceptional. My deck railing was damaged by a fallen branch and I need to find out the brand of railing. I called the office and had the great fortune to speak with Andrea Dukes, who in no time found my file and sent me a very comprehensive email with all the information with several contacts who could provide the replacement railing. Starcom is quite fortunate to have as their office manager.

We have used Starcom for three different projects (kitchens, baths) over the past several years. Designers have been great to work with, and the final product has met, or exceeded our expectations. Bob W and his team were always responsive when the inevitable wrinkles come up during construction phase, or some aspect of the design needed to be adjusted. We'd consider them again for a future project....
