Topper Construction recently completed new shingles on our home and we are thrilled with the job they did. All employees I dealt with were professional and honest. Mark Penn, Chris Willoughby and Willie Reich were absolutely wonderful to deal with as well as the professional crew that came to remove and then replace the shingles. They answered every question we had in a timely manner. I was so impressed with the crew that actually worked at our house. They arrived on time and made sure that everything was cleaned up at the end. To complicate matters, we were also dealing with solar panel removal and reinstall. Topper Construction worked with that company seamlessly. Thank you all for a job well done.
Callum from Topper Roofing was an outstanding salesperson. He was consistently available and provided excellent situational awareness throughout the entire process. His dedication to constant follow-up made the experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend him!
I got couple of estimates, but I was very pleased with Callum's customer service and his team's work product. Callum's estimate was very reasonable, without any unnecessary costs. Carlos and his crew worked very hard. Their timeline was very efficient in getting the roof and gutters done. Looks beautiful! Chris Willoughby, the scheduling staff was great! Very happy with the whole experience!
Found Topper through Lowe’s. Callum was prompt, knowledgeable, and professional. Offered realistic and reasonable advice. Was not pushy or looking for the upsell. Materials and crew were on time, professional, and courteous. The job took slightly longer than planned, but the crew worked hard until dark, then showed up the next morning to complete the job!
Deal with confidence. From our experience, Topper is top notch!
