My first experience with this company was not expected, but it left such an impression that I will be using and recommending them for any services they offer.
So my situation... I purchased this home that had the roof replaced a few years ago. CR3 provided a warranty and when I had some issues, no questions asked they took care of it. I am not even the original party that paid them for the installation and I was treated like a long-time customer from the first phone call.
My point of contact was Zack, and he was great to work with. He kept me informed every step of the way including the day of roof replacement. I value customer service as much as quality work, and he and his team delivered in both regards.
I'm already planning a project, waiting on a quote, so I'm aiming to back my statement of wanting to work with them going forward. I can also confidently say CR3 will be my first recommendation any time someone I know is looking for a service they provide.
