I can't say enough good things about Olde Glory! Paul Ritter drove passed my house in November and recognized we had wind damage on our roof. We were in the middle of an interior house renovation and with the holidays approaching, we were too busy to think about our roof; however, knew getting a new roof was on our list.
In January I called their office and Paul called me back within a few minutes. He and another worker inspected our property and roof and we in fact did have damage from a storm we had a few months prior. As I never filed an insurance claim on our home, I was super nervous; however, Paul and the team, including Robin in the office, made the process seamless.
Paul was on top of every detail - we even had a large umbrella break during the storm and a shutter had been loose, and other "roofing lingo" that I didn't understand, but they called our insurance company and spoke to them one on one to ensure every detail was covered.
When our roof was scheduled to be repaired, the Pandemic hit and our project was on hold; however, once Olde Glory was able to get back into servicing their customers, our job was on top of the list to get done. I mention this as during the "shutdown", Paul and Robin kept in weekly contact with me so I knew the status of my job -- even if t was to tell me it might be a few more weeks.
Aside from all of that, my roof on a two story home with 3 cathedral ceilings/roof including COMPLETE clean up (nails and all) was done in one full day. The crew worked like a well oiled machine and the crew leader kept me updated when he saw me (they worked the job without any interruption of my day). In addition, Paul stopped out twice during the day to ensure things were running smoothly.
I would HIGHLY recommend Olde Glory for your next project!
I wanted to share the wonderful experience we had with Olde Glory Contractors and particularly Paul Ritter. We had storm damage to our roof and Paul came out to inspect it. He explained that our insurance company may cover the replacement and we should start with filing a claim. In fact our roof was covered and we were so thankful that Paul let us know we should check with our insurance company before proceeding with the replacement. I think many folks don't realize their roof replacement is covered by insurance. We certainly didn't think of it! From that point on the entire job was seamless. Olde Glory only charges what the insurance company pays plus any upgrades. We did upgrade to an Architectural shingle. The job was completed in a timely manner and the crew and clean up were excellent. Paul also came by the following week to inspect the finished project. I would highly recommend Olde Glory Contractors to my friends and Real Estate clients.
We hired Olde Glory to replace our roof several years ago. They were AWESOME!! - Great work, friendly and professional! I had a million questions which they happily answered, and they coordinated with my insurance company to make sure everything went smoothly. I recommend them to everyone I know!
Thanks to Olde Glory, my father was able to get a whole New Insurance Approved Roof...I would like to give a special shout out to Erin. She was so helpful dealing with the insurance company. They really fought us to approve the whole roof. Even though it was clearly damaged by Wind & Hail on both sides from recent storms. She took over the phone calls with them & made our life much easier. . . Thank you Olde Glory Crew!
I will never use another company other than Olde Glory Contractors to do work at my home. The owner of the company personally came out to give me a quote for the repairs to my rental property when I called, and also came out the same day. They did wonderful work at a very reasonable price. The workers who came to my home were courteous and very thorough with the job, as well as the clean up afterwards. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for general contracting work.
