If you need a new roof, Modern Renovations is all you need to know. Larry is extremely knowledgeable and will give you an incredible product at a fair price. He takes the time to explain the estimate line by line and answer any questions you may have. He has a great crew who show up on time and work while they are on the job. The roof was finished on schedule with no surprise charges.
The other half of the operation, and probably the one who makes the machine run is Amanda. She handles all of the logistics (finance, schedules, deliveries, etc), and gets the right people and materials where they need to be when they need to be there. She kept us informed throughout the entire process and I never felt uninformed. We requested a mid-June installation date and she gave it her best effort, but Mother Nature was about the only thing that Amanda couldn't handle.
Hands down, I would recommend Modern Renovations to anyone who needs a new roof. They are straight shooters who will give you a quality product at a fair price.

Shawn and his crew came out and adressed the issues and recommendations for fixes to the issues. I had a black metal roof installed, a Trex deck, Provia Windows, Hardie siding, and 6 inch gutters. Throughout the project, Shawn and his crew were in touch with updates. If you need any home improvements, go with Modern Renovations. You won't be disappointed.
