Brad and his team at Certified Home Remodelers did an excellent job with my roof, cabinets, and deck. Brad kept costs to a minimum, always made sure that we were in compliance with the law and had the appropriate permits, and was always in communication with me about progress. In fact, my deck was constructed so well that I think it will outlast my house! I highly recommend Certified Home Remodelers.

This is our second home improvement project with Certified Home Remodelers. Brad has an excellent reputation in the construction profession and only does quality work. We had our bathrooms remodeled and Scott from Nailed It Inc. showed up on time every day and would always clean up at the end of the day. Brad was there during all phases of the remodeling process to answer any questions and ensure the project ran smoothly. We are looking forward to our next project with Brad in the fall when our doors and windows are replaced. I would highly recommend Certified Home Remodelers and Brad for any home improvement projects.

Initially we called Brad Jessup of Certified Home Remodelers to come in to discuss remodeling our outdated kitchen. However, our primary bathroom began leaking, even before we could get info about our kitchen redo! Brad was going out of town, but fit us in his busy schedule to take a look at the problem. Based on the issues he saw, he strongly recommended the bathroom take priority. The costs were in line with other contractors, but it was talking about his long career in the business and suggestions about a total renovation that convinced us to have Certified Home Remodelers do the work. The renovation had its issues because our bathroom was a previous homeowner's or contractor's sloppy work, or perhaps it wasn't code for certain things when it was built. Fortunately, the team of specialists Brad always uses (plumbers, carpenter, flooring, window replacement, etc.) were all great, and spent the extra time fixing the old problems, a few being serious problems. In fact, as disruptive as it is for a homeowner to have workers coming in and out of the house, without exception the guys Brad hires for these jobs are top-notch, friendly, respectful, professional, and all-around great guys who kept us informed daily with their work plans and schedule. We really appreciated that. Brad and his company, Certified Home Remodelers, lived up to and even exceeded our expectations for the job. The bathroom looks fantastic! Although we'll have to wait on the kitchen renovations, there is every belief that the quality of work will meet or go beyond what we could hope for. Thank you, Brad Jessup and team. Brad Jessup and his company were fantastic! We finally decided to replace the cedar-siding on our house with a more durable, synthetic siding. Brad was very helpful in advising us on various products, etc. , and his crew was excellent; thorough, diligent, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. His company also replaced our deck with new decking (the floor boards) and they were also really great.
