Our sunroom was completed in September 2023 and it has completely transformed our house. We had a wonderful experience working with Maryland Sunrooms. They were recommended by a friend who had used them over 15 years ago, which just goes to show the positive impression that they left. Mike was honest with us from the beginning about the long lead time. He also helped us navigate the process of applying for a variance so that we were able to fully utilize the space on our corner lot despite the inconvenient placement of our house. We didn't even know this was an option, and it made a huge difference. I really liked the use of Smartsheet, which allowed us to see when we could expect certain tasks to be completed. Oscar and Pedro worked on our sunroom and they did a fantastic job. They always arrived early in the morning to get started, and left the job site clean each day. We also had a good experience working with Pete. He was always very responsive to questions. Since the work was completed, we had one issue with one of the windows but they sent someone out the next day to fix it. I would highly recommend this company if you are thinking of adding a sunroom to your home!
I was very happy with MD Sunrooms. I was of course unhappy with the tie from beginning to end due to COVID issues with materials. Everyone was very kind and professional and listened to my ideas and concerns. For the future, I would suggest being a little more clear about who my contact person is by stating that upfront with a phone number, but once I called the office, they helped immediately. We LOVE our Liferoom and are very pleased with our experience.
Maryland Sunrooms recently installed a four seasons sunroom at our home and we are loving it.
Everyone from Adam, Sara, Pete, Tony & Santana were great to work with and incredibly pleasant.
Our primary builders, Tony & Santana were the best! Very professional, pleasant, and true craftsmen. They paid attention to details and kept us abreast of each step along the way. They answered every question we had, and if they didn’t know the answer at that moment, they made certain to get us the information. When the project ended, we were sad to see them leave.
Sara at the office, is the most pleasant lady ever. She was always very helpful and delightful to speak with. She was our main contact at the office and always very responsive to our needs.
Now that the room is built, we’re having the floors tiled and adding drywall to the back of the house – where the sunroom was built. So, although it’s not totally finished, and we only have a couple of plastic chairs, we have already started sitting inside the room daily to simply relax, daydream, and smile. Having a sunroom was something my mother always wanted but couldn’t afford, and the room makes me think of her and it’s a wonderful feeling.
Neighbors, family, and friends keep telling us just how beautiful the room is. I look forward to the fall & winter so we can comfortably enjoy all four seasons w/o being outside.

The entire staff has been responsive and professional throughout the process of removing our tree-damaged solarium and installing a new sunroom. The construction worker's were polite, very focused and professional in performing their daily tasks on site. At the end of each day the site was cleaned up and secured.
I'd recommend to anyone considering a sunroom addition to their home that they reach out to MARYLAND SUNROOMS, and let Mike and his staff work with you.
We were extremely pleased with the sunroom that was added to our home. Both Josh and Santana did an outstanding job day after day. They were always very pleasant, punctual, and worked very hard. Any questions we had they happily answered. If we had questions or concerns they couldn't answer they would have someone else give a call. We are loving our room. Our only regret is that we didn't do it sooner.
