We paid $9,500 to get our kitchen opened up and expanded. The company was nice to work with at first. They told us they were finished with the work. Look at the pictures. Do any of these areas look finished?
I asked the owner, Juan, for a partial refund for the services they messed up on. He insists they don't issue refunds and the warranty period is for 1 year. He offered to have them come back out and fix the issues. My kitchen looks like a hot mess. Why would I want those same people who messed it up to come back and work on it more? There are 4 different paint colors on my ceiling. Do they want to add a 5th color? I'm paying someone else to fix it and moving on.
Find a different contractor. Maybe one that knows how sandpaper and a paintbrush works.
Massi team did an awesome job on installing two showers in our home. They worked with our schedule that we pushed back several times due to unforeseen issues. They were on time every day to complete the task. The project manager, Alejandra, was very patient and professional. He made sure that everything was completed to our satisfaction before they left our home. I would highly recommend Massi to anyone looking to have renovation done to their home.
We hired this company to remodel our second floor, and they did an outstanding job! From start to finish, they were highly professional, communicative, and detail-oriented. The quality of their work exceeded our expectations, and they completed everything on time. We highly recommend them for any remodeling project!
I could not be more pleased with the work that Massi Remodeling has done to our home. Massi has completed two jobs for us and we are in the process of planning a third. The work was done in a timely manner (as planned) and communication with the company during the planning process and time of remodeling was excellent. The workers were professional, informative and skilled. Highly recommended!
They did an amazing job with our kitchen cabinets. Very thorough and made sure to be careful and neat with the painting. Our kitchen looks a million times better than it was. I would highly recommend Massi Remodeling for your house remodeling projects! We will be using their services again!
