Ethan and Marnix did our shower door installation and they were wonderful! They were prompt and completed the job very quickly but left no trace that they were even there. Really appreciated working with everyone at Drexler. We are mad we did not install our glass shower door sooner since it was the easiest and smoothest process!
Had such a positive experience with Drexler Glass. I came in needing advice about my shower door. Jeremy was so helpful and patient. He cleared up a lot of questions I had. Their customer service is outstanding. Mike and Ethan installed the shower door and mirror. Both didn’t leave a scratch anywhere and were willing to work late to get the job done. They also measured the space a few time, making sure everything would fit since it’s all custom. Jean was also very helpful with scheduling and making sure everything was smooth. The owner, David, is also involved and helpful. Overall highly recommend. Very detailed, high end products with amazing customer service and reasonable prices. Highly recommend.
Drexler Glass installed a shower door and window for me.
1. The reps who came out on site to do the measurements (Michael and Ethan) were also the installers. This might not sound like a big deal, but having the person who took measurements and notes also do the installation makes a huge difference.
2. I knew that one of my shower window walls wasn't exactly plumb. Off at the top by about a 1/4 of an inch. I didn't point it out and waited to see if they noticed... they measured top, middle and bottom, and indicated that the opening was a little wider at the top... not a problem they said. We can custom cut the glass so that it fits like a charm... it did. I knew right then I had chosen the right guys.
3. When they showed up to install the glass, they took their time, did the install to perfection, and even gave me a couple of options as to where to place the glass. Little things like this made a huge difference in the final appearance.
4. Their price was very competitive, and a great value for the money especially considering that their installation was above and beyond.
I highly recommend Drexler Glass, and if you do use them, be sure to ask for Michael and Ethan to do the install!

We had a somewhat unusual door shape due to our sloped ceilings, but they came by and conducted the measurements and were quick, friendly, and put in quality work. This is the second time we used Drexler and we'd definitely use them again for any of our glass needs. The first time they made about 20 custom picture windows that look stunning. It's one of the first things our guests talk about when they see our home.
