I can't it has been 4 years since Dawn helped us find our amazing house in Lake Claire. Her husband Terry was also a great part of the team as we looked at mostly older houses. His input on "great structural ideas we can take forward" or "NO!!!! house looks good but foundation is rotting and is basically a teardown". Dawn knows all the best neighborhoods in Midtown and the ones we hadn't even discovered yet. So fearful experience and highly recommended. -Dirk and Karen Baxter, Lake Claire.
