Highly recommend working with Kohler Signature Store by PDI for your projects. Mandy Green was wonderful and easy to work with. She was very knowledgeable had some great suggestions on various options for my bathroom renovation projects. We like the quality and design of the Kohler products. My projects included shower fixtures, sink faucets, sinks, toilets, free standing tub and wall mounted accessories for a primary and guest bathroom renovation. Some products were shipped directly, some were delivered by the Lawrenceville warehouse via truck. And as I had to add misc. pieces after my main order, I was easily able to pick them up at the Lawrenceville warehouse will call. Definitely will return for future projects.
I had the pleasure of meeting both Kelly Ann and Mandy, both are salespersons. They are very knowledgeable and friendly and gave me great advice on what choices I had for my bathroom upgrades. They both even took the time to speak to 2 of my plumbers to tell them the scope of the work so that they would understand fully what was involved. The quality of everything that I saw at Kohler and what I ended up purchasing were all excellent. I cannot say enough good things about Kelly Ann and Mandy. I highly recommend them and Kohler for your future bathroom and kitchen needs.
Worst products ever to install. For customers please buy something else. Anything else. The engineers that design these products are not very good.
Everything from faucets, mixing valves and shower glass always takes long and there is always some nonsense problem.
Trying to install a shower glass and the people that packaged it put the wrong screws in the package.
Instructions called for a 2mm and a 3mm allen wrench and they sent something like a 2.5mm.
Im sure the people at this location are nice enough but their products are just garbage.
Nice store and good staff. Love being able to see bath plumbing fixtures in use before purchase, it means a lot. High end bath remodel and the quality of finishes and plumbing shows. I was helped by Mandy.
