Terrell was incredible! He was extremely polite and friendly and was super fast at getting my light fixture changed out.
McCall Enterprises texted me to let me know my appointment was confirmed, then again when the tech was on his way, plus told me the tech’s name AND included a photo of the tech! They also mailed the COI to my condo manager without me having to ask for it!!
I appreciate that they didn’t try to up charge on anything and the quoted price was exactly what was charged.
The customer service was just perfect and the work was quick and professional. 100% recommendation for this company for any electrical needs. Thanks again, Terrell!
After reading the good reviews I was thinking "maybe I found the electrician for my job" until they said $95 DOLLARS just to come quote the job. Sorry I can not trust a company that charges you to provide a quote. If their quotes were fair, reasonable and competitive I don't think they'd have to charge you to look at the job. Totally Disappointed
Picked up the phone so let's start there. Was courteous, knowledgeable, and arrived ahead of schedule, which was great for me on that particular day. Additionally and more importantly, he explained in detail every step he was doing and why doing it. Thank you!!!

I mean, what else can you say, we had an emergency with our garage door and Terrell was happy to help fix the issue over the phone without asking for money 💰. Thank Thank you so much for your work integrity, it speaks for itself. I will be a paying customer next time and happy to give referrals !!!

They were absolutely amazing. He came in and immediately diagnosed the issue quickly saving us potentially hundreds of dollars. This was by far the best choice of all of the people that we could have chosen from because of his integrity and knowledge that quickly got our issue resolved. Would 1000% recommend this business to anyone and absolutely will call again should another issue arise.
