In my everyday career, I need to work with contractors and I wish I had the pleasure of working with a company like Modern Space every single day. They are a top notch organization and I give them the highest recommendation.

I used Modern Space Construction for a complete remodel on my father's house. They made it look even better than I could have imagined, kept everything to budget, and consulted me before any change they did or suggested. I have extremely happy with the quality and look of the finished product. I highly recommend them - fair, honest, and excellent craftsmen.

Worst experience I've ever had with a contractor. In the ensuing years since our renovations were completed, we've had to spend thousands of dollars on issues related to poor workmanship. Bad plumbing, leaking through the ceiling, used the wrong materials for fireplace and now the tile is literally falling off, and maybe the worst plumbing and drywall/paint crews in the state. The 200 lb transom over our front door FELL OFF and almost hit my wife in the head, which would have literally killed her. Contractor's solution to any issues were to yell at his subs in front of us. Run away from this company as far as you can.
