Leo and his team were a pleasure to work with for our bathroom remodel and hardwood floor refinish project. They were professional and thorough and helped us with design and cost options considerations. They gave us a project timeline that was realistic, and which they managed efficiently from start to finish. Most important, we were pleased with the final product. I would definitely call them again when I have another project, and I would highly recommend them to anyone else for their home projects.

GREAT EXPERIENCE! Leo and his project manager, Marlon, remodeled a small bathroom for us, taking out the old shower and floor tile, replacing the water closet and vanity. They were very professional throughout the project, courteous, and kept us informed of their schedule. And their subcontractors were all the same. Materials were here on time and if they needed anything immediate, they went and got it right then. Being that our house was built in the 60’s, we knew that there would be issues coming up with the old construction. They notified us if they found a repair that needed to be done and what it would cost before we okayed it. I am finishing up the painting, trim, faucets, etc. myself. We would DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone who needs a renovation!

Really great experience with House of Remodeling and specifically Leo. We had a guest bathroom 5 x 10 remodeled with tub to shower conversion with premium upgrades on trim, toilet, countertops. Previously, we had our kitchen remodeled with a different contractor 5 years ago and lessons learned from what an average contractor does/doesnt do. A contractor should 1) Project manage 2) Communicate 3) Oversee quality control 4) provide code/contractor considerations. HoR did the #1 and #2, i'd rate a 5 out of 5. For quality control (#3) a rating of 4 out of 5 (i caught stuff - but they took care of instantly) and #4 is a N/A - since we didnt move walls or pipes, needed less of this advice. Leo was with us from quote to completion and constantly was in contact around scheduling and expectations. The project moved according to plan - no overpromising. All of their subcontractors were polite, cleaned up after themselves and did good work. As far as pricing, it was very fair. Had more expensive quotes from full serves GCs (which felt like they purposely overbid), had much cheaper quotes from single person providers, and then quotes from remodeling firms like HoR. HoR was right in the middle of pricing. We will certainly do more projects with HoR in time.

I have hired House of Remodeling twice in the past 5 months - first for remodeling my kids bathroom and second to remodel my master bathroom. I love both spaces so much. The execution of the design was top notch and I had great ongoing customer service and communication from John as well as Vince and Jay. I would definitely recommend House of Remodeling to friends and family in the future. (Posting before and after pictures)

I now have a beautiful, modern kitchen, I Iove! Thanks to John and his team. They were the best from the start. Professional, on time, so easy to work.with. They’re affordable and lots of product to choose from. I highly recommend them and can’t wait to use them again for my bathrooms. John is top notch and really listens to the client.
